Shipping policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the United States and the United Kingdom (except military areas). Delivery times are estimated on a best effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. Most orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and the payment is received. (Excluding special orders).

Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.
For standard-sized products, we ship with Expedited Express. Shipping time is 9-14 business days to the US and 12-17 business days to the UK.
For oversized products, to ensure safety, we use sea freight. The shipping time will be correspondingly longer. We appreciate your understanding.
Note: When delivering the package, if it coincides with an official holiday in the destination country, the package will be delivered after the holiday.
How do I check my order and track the logistics information?
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 1-3 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
Can I cancel my order during the shipping process?
For some reasons you want to cancel or modify your order, we can help you cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being initiated, but you cannot cancel if the packages have already been delivered to logistics. If you do not like the items, you can initiate a return request after you have received them.
Delivery Delays
Logistical delays can occasionally occur. Should there be any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All our prices include all customs duties and taxes, so you won't have to pay extra. However, certain specific destinations might have additional tax requirements.
