Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Validity Period: This voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. To assist you in planning and to prevent expiration, we will send you reminders via system message or email 30 days and 7 days prior to the expiry date.

Issuance: Upon successful purchase, the system will immediately issue the corresponding amount of e-currency to your account, which can be used directly for shopping.

Scope of Use: This voucher is applicable to the vast majority of products on our site; however, it cannot be used to purchase other gift voucher products.

Transfer & Refunds: For your convenience, the voucher is transferable to friends or family members.

Final Interpretation: Any fraudulent or abusive activities may result in the cancellation of the voucher. Our company reserves the final right to interpret these terms.

SHIPPING:（Free shipping of all orders）

Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, we are making adjustments to our shipping process. Please read the following important information regarding the potential impact on your orders and the measures we are taking:

1. Shipping Method Adjustment
Starting April 15th, all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be 15-25 days. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.

2. Tariff Fees
If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance.

If you choose air or sea freight, we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.

Note: For package size over 36″, we will choose ocean shipping according to the situation, and the ocean shipping time is about 35-45 days. We will communicate with customers in advance. If the customer’s package is oversized, but want to get the product quickly, you can contact us (support@calicslight.com).
