Perfect for our vaulted ceiling – and amazing customer service
We installed this chandelier in our living room with a vaulted ceiling, and it looks incredible. Because of the ceiling height and slope, we needed an extra-long downrod to make sure the fixture would hang at the correct level. Customer service was super responsive—they helped us confirm the measurements and even guided us through the best rod length for our space. The installation took some effort due to the height, but it was totally worth it. The fixture now anchors the room beautifully and gives off a soft, warm glow. Couldn’t be happier with the end result!
